At Layan Evé, we are committed to delivering a premium fragrance experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as delivered
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our fragrance products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Items with broken seals
  • Products damaged after delivery (not caused by Layan Evé)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging via email

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank account
  • Contact your bank or payment provider (processing delays may occur)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

Return Address:
Please return the product to the sender’s address mentioned on the original package (Return to Sender).

Kindly ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
